Going to throw a couple Tuna Steaks on my kamado style cooker this afternoon. Any suggestions on seasonings or other cooking tips?

Yeah, don't overcook them. Maybe 2.5-3 minutes per side.
They should be cool in the middle.

Use a little fresh lemon juice, salt, small amount of olive oil (you don't want it to drip and flare up) and some black pepper.

Thanks. Planning to run it at about 450 and 3-4 mins. There cut at 1.5 thick so I'm hoping 3-4 will be ok. Also grabbed some sweet water 420 to be my grill mate for the afternoon

That's a watery, tasteless intro to semi-craft beer (Molson Coors owns 40% of Sweetwater). Anyway, it's a step up from the standard light beers, and I hope you enjoy it.

Just don't overcook the tuna.

Bon Apetit!
