I thought we could start a thread for new tools and whether they're worth a crap or not.

I just got this Klein magnetizer. Works awesome. My screwdriver couldn't even pick up metal shavings, I ran it through, and it was strong enough to pick up my stubby screwdriver. Ran it through the demagnetizing side, and it's back to where it started. Freaking amazing. It would be great for mechanics too. @jwtug @AtlMedic @1776 @Jake @dial1911

$10 at Home Depot in the electrical tools.

Nice tool accessory there- I had one several years ago that worked OK (not a Klein) but it was two pieces "rubber banded" together by a pair of O-rings.

Yeah, the o-rings didn't last very long. It's in a drawer around here somewhere.

Also, if my memory serves me, this thread has been started before. Maybe I’m wrong, or maybe a merge is coming.

I thought so too. But all I found was power tools. But then again I really didn't go TOO far out of my way looking....
