-sorry no tacticool, suppressor, Tier 1 loadout, operator shit here-

I don't know why, but I want a 336C chambered in 30-30. It seems as though Remington has finally got their shit together and the new 336's are a lot smoother and seem to be getting good reviews. Their first round, mehh not so much. Of course they aren't JM's, but the ones I have seen and shouldered were nice. Often considered a beginners gun, I used to scoff at the 30-30. My father gave me a Win 94 when I was a teenager and I sold it to buy a 7mm Rem Mag, and never thought about wanting one since. With the introduction of the LeveRevolution ammunition a few years ago, people are making some 200+ yard kills with the 30-30 and 35. Mainly it's design and materials have remained the same...walnut and blued steel. No plastic trigger guards, no spray on matte finish (for the 336C at least), no plastic stock. It's hunting Americana. That, and well, I'm seeing a box of Core-Lokts on shelves for $14.99. Not a bad deal to stock up on.

So yeah, this is just my ramblings for a gun that I want since dougie says we need lots of content.
The End

6bones or 3bones (forgot his name) has a JM 336 for sale with a lot of goodies. (ammo, case, optic, sling, etc). I'd hop on it but it's a birch stock instead of the walnut.
Connoisseur of the wood I see.

What's not to like. It's a lever action 7.62x39 with a much better ammo selection. Low recoil, classic lines, cheap to buy.

I have no use for another deer rifle otherwise I'd be all over it.

I prefer the 94 to the 336 though. Slimmer fore end, slicker action, and no temptation to fuck it up with optics.

Of course you would. The new 94's do accept top mount scopes. I, for one, like the pistol grip vs the straight stock.

That's the most illogical thing I've heard all day. You don't like sweet fruity donuts you just like sweet donuts. And a little fruit added makes it for 8 year old girls... Interesting.

I don't like sweet ones either. I like RevDo's Crunchy Mister. Savory doughnut with gruyere and ham.

;)
