No matter how often I eat or how much I eat at each meal I'm always hungry shortly after eating.

What are some good for you and good tasting snacks?

Star Kist has come out with some fairly decent tuna salad in a can- it comes with a few butter crackers (AKA Ritz) and a plastic spoon. The boxed kit goes for about $1.75 at Kroger.

I think it's 9 grams of protein, almost no fat, but a pretty good bit of sodium. Typical of most prepared canned food. Taste is decent, the protein content is a nice plus, and it's easier to eat than beef jerky.

PM me an address and I'll get a care package in the mail if you're interested.

That's the Army sticking it up your ass with no lube. Chow has to much Carbs used as a filler to keep cost down...that shit provides energy, but stimulates appetite.

I'mma go all 68W here and tell ya to drink water. Seriously, chug a few bottles worth of water and it should help to suppress the hunger.

Do you drink water with your meal? It may help to drink 1/2 glass of water before you eat and after. If you are on a high protein diet then you may be experiencing low blood sugar instead. Try an apple or banana after you eat.

Carbs & sugars metabolize slower than protein, the more carbs/sugar, the fuller you'll "feel". Your body also automatically adjusts based upon your intake vs activity; as part of this automatic adjustment, your stomach also shrinks and you feel "fuller" after smaller meals. That said, the best "snacks" are going to be protein rich, which will be quickly metabolized.

Not sure the benefits outweighs the cons
Valid point. It is one of the reasons I've had trouble quitting. At work the appetite suppressant part and a boost in energy come in handy. When I've tried to quit I'm sleepy and hungry all day.
