It's a simple recipe! 3 - smoked chicken breasts 1 cup Frank's Red Hot 1 cup Blue Cheese Dressing 2 - 8oz blocks of cream cheese 1 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Start with smoking your chicken breast, use your favorite rub! I like sweet&smokey McCormick rub. Usually takes about 2.5hrs at 250°. Chicken will shred easy with two forks. Then let your cream cheese sit out to soften. I like to then take a fork and mash up the cream cheese. I add a little hot sauce to help cream it up. Then add the rest of the hot sauce, dressing, shredded cheese, and chicken and mix well. I usually only use about 2-1/2 shredded breast, will depend how thick you like it! Throw it in the oven at 350° for about 45mins!
