they hve a pretty good deal on a complete 9mm lower. If I do a 9mm AR lower then it will definitely be SBR'd. are their lowers any good? dont they have do use a PSA upper for them? any info helps.

they one i shot was nice and i've heard generally good things about them. not sure if they have proprietary uppers or not, that may depend on if they take glock mags or the colt mags

They had a completed 9mm lower for $179. seemed like a fair price.

saw that and I'd agree that's not a bad price at all esp with free shipping. It does look like it requires one of their hybrid uppers though which arnt too expensive either so you could have a 9mm ar fairly cheap but biggest problem I see right now is all of their uppers in stock have pistol length barrels and that lower comes with a stock already on so you'd have to go the sbr route or wait till they get a longer upper in

They say "works best with a PSA hybrid upper". That's enough for me not to buy one.

Pretty much every AR I've ever built was done on a tight budget, but when it came time to do the 9mm SBR I knew it was a long term commitment. So I started with a quarter circle 10 lower and a cross machine upper. I'm glad I did. I certainly wouldn't go a cheaper route If I had it to do over again. It's hands down my favorite gun and worth the extra money.

Colt mags. Cannot convert to glock mags.

Im not a huge fan of my PSA AR9. I have a spikes lower with their conversion magwell block thing. The gun as a whole kinda sucks...

yah I've heard of hits and misses with the magwell block, that's a big reason I've kinda be interested in their glock lowers (that and the fact I got a shit load of glock mags)

I have enjoyed my New Frontier Armory ar9 lower. Zero issues and it didn't care which upper I put on it. Glock mags ftw. I do plan on SBRing this year. 20160628_215349.jpg
