Hey y'all. You might know that I'm in an awesome running group in Decatur. This week we're meeting at Taqueira Del Sol in Decatur. That's right, Tacos and Beer post run.

Be there at 6pm for a great workout. 5-7 miles.

*For the single guys you can expect some single ladies there for the run as well. I'm not going to say they will be scantily clad in sports bras, but they will be.

The group may be a bit smaller this week as a good portion of folks just ran the Nashville Marathon on Saturday, but it'll still be a great workout regardless your fitness level....guaranteed.

Ok, we're meeting at the Family Dollar parking lot in Decatur/Oakhurst at 6pm. I have a hell of a hangover, but I'll be there for the run. It should be a perfect evening for it, who's in?!

Another edition of running group tonight. Kickoff is at 6pm from the Imperial in Decatur. Last Tuesday was an awesome run in the rain. Tonight should be a bit drier.

I'll be running off a hangover, but will still lead the fast group.

Another edition of running group again tonight. Join me for 5-6 miles of hills and heat, topped off with a few beers.

Details to follow.

Do you truly want to get in shape with 1.5 hours of exercise per week with a group, and one run on your own? You can do it...seriously. That's about the minimum, but you will see results, and you'll have a lot of fun. Commit to running for a little while and having a beer with the group twice a week, and run once (or more)on your own during the week or weekend. You'll notice a huge difference by the end of summer.

I run 4 miles 3 times a week. Mostly inside on a treadmill. Works a lot easier while working swing shift. I run outside some during the summer when I'm on day shift.
