Rail for a barrel with pinned gas block

I got an 18” 5.56 barrel with a pinned gas block. How the heck do you get the barrel nut on for a free float rail?

Hammer the pins out on the gas block and gas tube. Remove the block then put the nut on and reinstall the gas block and set pins.

Balistic Advantage sends it like that, if you choose for it to be pinned. That drill it with no pin inserted, so you can put it together and the pin it.
Ha I didn’t know either. I bought my barrels without gas blocks just the barrels they weren’t drilled

I know all of the ballistic advantage Hanson barrels come with pinned gas blocks. They are great barrels. I have one in my 300blk. Its been very reliable
