After you build an 80% lower can you send it through the mail to someone else to have stuff made for it? How does that work?

Only if you're an FFL. I can have a licensed FFL perform work on it.
Luckily im not performing work on it so its legal lol. Well as long as its shipped through an FFL.

You should also look online to see if they happen to fit well in some other random holster that you can just buy online and save some effort.
