Would think it's a great hunting round, but that meplat wouldn't be condusive to me on my Creed and I don't hunt with it. Would think it's perfect for a Grendel hunting round though. Supposedly pushing velocity up to 4200 fps out of a 26 inch 6.5 Creed.
May be able to get this thing up to over 3000 fps in a 16 inch 6.5g barrel.
