Also, for god's sake...Tenifer is a metal treatment process, not a coating. Doesn't Walther know this?

dunno, I bet more than a couple of the smaller AR companies will be doing some panicking. one thing im hopeful for is MAYBE companies will stop trying to make the most tactical operator equipment ever.

I bought an R1 Enhanced from @FatFriend Customs and the first thing I did was take those stupid grips off. I felt like goddamn Steve Irwin wrestling a crocodile holding on to those things.

Because the design is no longer patented, and they don't have to design their own magazine.

Is there really any improvement for the style of gun manufacturing? What are some things that need improvements? I guess I am either still so new to guns or have had a very minor variety of guns that I still feel pretty intent with the selection.

For $1,300 you could get a nice semi-custom 1911. I'd never spend that much on a Remington.

I'd love to see more pistols designed with a much lower bore axis like the Arsenal Strike One or the venerable Sig P210.

I'll admit that I am a DW fanboy. I'm gonna get a Valkyrie in 9mm after the first of the year as my new carry gun. I'd love to have a DW Bruin too. 6.3" barrel 10mm 1911? Yes please.
