Need some advice on some barn doors

I just finished rehabbing an old clap board shed I found on my property. The shed was built in a classic T Floorplan suspended on 24" stilts. There was a fully framed floor structure with floor panels. I decided to take one section of the workshop and make it a storage place for my 22' boat.

Over the last 2 weeks I have jacked up the floor and removed 12 floor joists and 400sq ft of raised plywood flooring.

I also framed in a 10' wide door way..now I can back the boat in. However, it still sticks out 20" at the bow. My choices are:
1) Build an awning that overhangs the bow.
2) Open the back wall and frame in a 24" "dog house" for the stern.
3) Make the front doors a clam shell type that extend out 24".

And more ideas?

Is there enough width to remove more of the raised floor and angle the boat in?

Sell the boat, keep the shed as is.
Buy you and the Mrs. a surprise vacation to some exotic location of your choosing.
Get laid a lot
Thank laufen.

I like the doghouse option. I've seen it on a lot of houses in HOA's and it works well. You could also build it big enough to house an air compressor so you can save a bit of floor space in your shop.

I would offer to help but the last seven times I did the required rectal exam seemed unnecessary.

take off the faceboard above the bow. Add long joists to them and extend the overhang, reface it. done and overwith, or do giveaway

Nice! Who's driving that thing or is it remote control?
I'm driving it in that picture. It's a good sized boat, definitely not remote control. It's pulling up 3 slalom skiers in that picture.

Either you were bent over picking up a beer or you are in serious need of some sun! J/K , that is a nice boat!
