This news clip is about my Grandma. She told me that when she heard the noise, she came down the hall with her walker and her revolver. She said that she would have shot him if he would have made a move toward her.

I find it disgusting that someone would do such a thing as kick in the back door of an 88 yo woman. OTOH glad she handled the situation and the BG is in jail.

She said that she was awake in bed and heard the front door being broke, grabbed her double action Smith and her walker and headed down the hall, then when she got to the living room the guy had his arm through the door, attempting to unlatch the deadbolt. She pulled the hammer back and told him not to come in and that she had a cocked pistol and knew how to use it. He came in anyway though, but she held him in place and hit the button on her Medic Alert necklace and told them to call the Police. She said that she wasn't going to shoot if he didn't come at her because she knew someday that she would go to meet her Maker.
