LCP slide peening

How much is normal? I think Elsie just got real jealous since I added a Bersa 380 and now a KT P3AT, and today was the first time I notice about a .002" burr at the breech on the slide in 2 spots.

That's what happened to mine. And my KT PF-9 did the same. Both had to go back.

Yup,it's going back. Ruger emailed a UPS return shipper. The nice lady said it wasn't normal.

Now the issue is, pay $9 for a home pickup, or drive 60 some miles round trip and hope the customer care center is open, they have weird hours, and no direct phone number.

Ruger said 7 - 10 days. I have to take my goodies off before shipping and reinstall the factory stuff.

No camera or the skills to use one. It's just a couple spots a few thousandths high on either side of the curve in the center of the slide. I'd just file it down, but Ruger wants to see it.

this is what my pf-9 looked like. my lcp was much less.

I can't belive my pf-9 ran to this bad.

Mine is two spots .003" high x .030" x .060". I have knocked it down before , and it comes back like a cancer

KT just sent a new slide and they dropped the ball. This thing is a piece of crap now.
