Two set screws to maintain alignment. Some people with certain barrels have had to put a hi temp rubber washer type dealio on it too in order to align it right.

Being that it's not a CNC mill and rather a manually operated mill and I will be doing all the work myself.
I don't see anyissue. ATF has only come down on "build parties" that:
A) Use a CNC where all the "builder" does is press the button after the CNC owner set up the mill.
B) There was a machinist there doing most of the work.

True. But I'm trying to be super cool on a budget. I'm really tempted to remove my finger grooves and just stipple the front strap. I just haven't gotten the balls to do it or drink enough to try it yet.

I actually really like that. Most of my guns look like ass. But damn if I cant freaking use them well from tons of use and practice.

Damn, I really like the looks of that grip and trigger guard. I wouldn't normally consider an 80% build, but this might be better and easier than trying to "fix" my gen3. Hmmm....
I'm assuming that since they include the bits and jig, you could probably knock this out fairly easily with a drill press as well.
Yep, there's plenty of videos showing folks using drill presses and dremels.
I'll be interested to hear how this one goes- I might have to jump on board too... I could use a custom polymer pistola.
One question though- where are you guys getting the rest of the parts?
I have a spare gen 3 that I'm gonna strip and use everything but the slide/barrel/frame.
I already have a threaded barrel from PSA and I have a Lonewolf slide otw. That way I have a no numbers "Glock"
If it works out well then I'll buy OEM parts for the 80% and put the factory stuff back in the spare gen 3.
