Whether it's for SHTF, classes, work, etc....

How do you carry mags and gear? Plate carrier, chest rig, battle belt, pockets, etc.... Post pictures and descriptions.

I'm trying to sort out what set up I want to go with.

As inconspicuously as possible. Ukulele and guitar cases for rifles and handguns. Non-camo backpacks for everything else. I look like I could be headed to a coffee shop to play some folk songs. That's the look I'm going for. The opposite of GI Joe in other words.

My casual REI back pack has my AK SBR. small amount of food, med kit, ammo, 3L bladder, and other miscellaneous stuff I may need if im caught out somewhere with only this bag. I carry it out a lot.

For work I have a casual North face backpack which has my laptop, EDC, and other stuff.

Both backpacks are always in the truck with me.

In my truck I have a storage box with other stuff I may need. Battery jump starter, bolt cutters, extra clothes, etc.

All black or other casual non tactical looking clothes and gear.

I don't have any rigs 'cause I'm too old to operate but these are some pretty cool mag carriers...

Holds 13 mags stacked horizontally. The window is a nice touch so you can put platform/caliber for quick id.

I was using a Plano double pistol case that Acadmey used to sell for $7 - $10 (can't recall the exact price) not sure if they still go for that, but I like the dividers in the one you posted

I've got a lot of different kit I haul around for different classes I'm teaching. Gear is quite a bit different for a handgun class than for a Sniper/precision rifle class.

In general, I have a lot of different sizes of Pelican cases. Most are pre-loaded with gear for a specific class. I grab the ones I need, plus my toolbox and range box. Keeps everything waterproof and dustproof, as well as easy to move around. I've even driven through an automated car wash with them in the bed of the truck. No worries.

Once I get my rifle set up exactly how I want it in going to invest in a pelican case and custom cut outs for it.
