I've got that one. It is really accurate out to two hundred yards. That is the farthest that I have shot to zero.. I will shoot 300 yards, but quite a bit of drop.. I love my 450's. Use it for Whitetail and coyotes in Michigan.

I got that covered. '94 Winchester made in 1910. My grandpa and my dad took many a deer with this in Vermont and Georgia when they were growing up. I will take one with it too before I die.
Thats a very specific list, with some very glaring omissions...namely .30-06 and .308.
They only allow straight-walled cartridges......and only straight-walled cartridges that are on the list. No bottlenecked cartridges, so no .308, .30-06, .270, .30-30, etc.
No idea. You'd have to ask those Yankee bastards. If I had to guess, I'd say that they want to keep velocity/range down so that misses don't go very far.
Mainly due to flat land. It's better than limiting to shotgun which is what much of middle VA does.
