Florida State Police has yet again proved they do not follow the law or the U.S. Constitution.
Just as ignorance of the law is no defense for non-LEO it is no excuse for LEO.
The game is rigged no matter what as there are so many laws it is impossible to know them all, though many LEO seem to be ignorant of even the most basic laws which suggests willful ignorance or willful disregard.
That being said, that was a complete and utter over reaction on the part of LEO.
I'm torn on these types of videos. Clearly the guy was correct in his assertions but at the same time I understand the LEO perspective. However, if we keep giving in to these kinds of things it will become the norm, which isn't right.

The first officer went straight to asking about a gun and did not ask about any other contraband. The officer holding the gun actually flipped them off and they did not even see it!
