End of Stag Arms?

This could be the end to Stag Arms.

Stag Arms, the Connecticut-based AR-15 manufacturer, has lost it’s federal firearms license as a result of not properly keeping track of serialized lower receivers.

Wow. I have used them very little in the past years, but seemed decent. Sucks to see a company go under cause one person screwed their job up.

If they are smart they should have more than one FFL. Buds and PSA have multiple FFLs. I keep two for that reason.

If you can't keep your books straight to the point they get their FFL revoked, that's a sign of serious problems with the business.

They were not unregistered, they were just undocumented... Should have been the arguement, it works for all of the illegals.

that's such a soft kill..you'd think he'd have something as easy as that squared away.

This is where I get confused..."The company, with Malkowski serving as its representative, pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court in Hartford to a single felony count of possession of a machine gun not registered to the company."...So is Stag Arms a convicted felon or is Malkowski a convicted felon??? How does a company become a felon?

Yeah, he is getting away so easy on this. If this were me, I would pretty much plan on dying in prison...
