This can appears to have a removable end plate, is that correct? Im no can expert or can even hold a conversation but the two small holes appear to be there for a wrench for removal.

That is just the prototype that has a removable cap so he can easily swap baffles for testing.

Makes sense, on the testing. But being ignorant about it I'd want the option to clean by removal of the internals.

yea unless your shooting exposed lead it just doesn't make sense, can sometimes increase weight, and other companies have had issues of the core being extremely difficult to remove
