I have a piston for my 5.45 AR because I shoot corrosive ammo and it shoots cleaner.

Otherwise I can't tell a difference.

He bloviates at times, sure...but I enjoy him. He's an independent reviewer who is honest. Plus, he has a lot more trigger time than I do on most of what he talks about.
