Im kind of wanting a roni for my glock 21.

Oh, and a US made UMP receiver will be out very soon in 3 calibers

Never looked at anything other that a 9mm pistol. Only chose AR9 because of having a stripped lower.

Interested to see what are other options!

I think the best looking alternative is the MPX with the MP5 being a close second.

The scorpion has them beat on price though.

I want an MPX, but for the price will probably end up with a Scorpion.

I really like the scorpion too. I haven't fired one but I've heard good things. It also has a growing aftermarket and reasonably priced mags.
Yeah, the price is right all around. That's why I like it. And you hit the nail on the head with the aftermarket. I'd like to see an integrally suppressed SBR Scorpion.

I went the Sub-2000 in 9mm route. Shot great took 19 mags, fit in a gym bag. Fondled a scorpion, shot a scorpion, ended up buying the scorpion. Probably my favorite I have to shoot to be honest.

I picked up a Scorpion carbine earlier this year. Other than the factory trigger being absolutely terrible, I love it! Fortunately the HBI trigger spring kit is cheap and easy to do. Dropped the 9+ pound trigger down to around 5.5-6 pounds. With its growing popularity I am hoping Geissele will have a trigger out soon. It is accurate, good ergonomics, reliable, and extra mags are priced right! On top of that, it is LIGHT and the folding stock is a big plus. If you haven't shot one, you should. Finally, the controls are similar enough to my AR' s that it isn't a concern. Great option for anyone looking for a 9mm carbine.

Yeah, I haven't shot one, but I've fondled them a lot lately. It's on the short list. I want a pistol or SBR though. By the way, nice seeing y'all jumping in the forums! Hope it's not too much of a crazy transition.

If i can find a deal on a ump parts kit, i may jump on it. The new US made receiver costs as much as a skorpion though.
It would be SO much more epic though! Who's making it?

I traded in to a Sub 2k .40 one time. The gun was really cool. I just hated the caliber. Kept meaning to get a 9mm.

I bought the Father in Law a .40 Sub 2k, he brings it down every thanksgiving and we shoot the shit out of it! I personally could give a fuck less about .40. The 9mm was fun, I had the Gen 2 which personally I never thought looked that great.
