Anyone have a Gen 5 glock?

Do any of y’all have a Gen 5 glock. I love my M&P but I’m a glock guy at heart and I am trying to decide if I want to get one of the Gen 5s or keep the M&P before I start dumping money into the M&P.

If you have one, how do you like it?

It feels better than my Gen4. The finger grooves are gone. Beveled slide on the front. Flared magwell. Mags have orange followers. Ambi slide release. Same slide functions as the Gen4. I like it.

First Gen5 G19 I shot, didn’t realize what it was. Couple on a lane next to me we’re having some accuracy issues, so I fired a few rounds to verify that the sights were on......they were.

Later, I happened to notice it was a Gen5. Didn’t notice any of the differences when I shot it.

The standard 19 grip is way to small for me. I' take one over the regular 19 if I had to have a 19.

Want a shorter barrel...because shorter? Hell I dunno.

I like the 19X, but I also like the Colt Combat Commander and similar. Same idea.

Full-size grip for more capacity
Shorter slide/barrel conceals better when carrying OWB, and more comfortable when carrying IWB.
