BLT dip...

fry up a few pounds, cube up a few large homegrown maters, add about a cup of REAl mayo, NONE of that fat free junk

-Cut the cap off and hollow out some large jalapenos (save the cap).

-Stuff that bad boy with as much cream cheese as you can and stick the cap back on with a toothpick.

-Wrap it up with a slice of bacon and using toothpicks to hold it all together.

-Throw that bad boy on the grill (charcoal of course).

-Wash it down with cold beer.

My wife just made jalapeno poppers tonight. Best thing I've had in my mouth all week.

No toothpicks were injured in her recipe.

No cold beer. Doin' the low carb thing.

Something to change your game up on your poppers:

Mix in some crushed pineapple, don't cheap out and buy the pineapple cream cheese!
