But he's going way over the top and South Korea know where they stand. Last time I was there was in 1990, it was estimated that if North Korea rolled their million man army and tanks over the border they'd be in Seoul within 24 hours. South Korea hardly welcomes falling under the rule of this little clown, enthroned by nepotism.
