    Here we set

Here we set My boss is up from California and actually asked me one day "why does anyone need a gun?" I simply replied "why do you need a fire extinguisher?". That being said, I will be carrying Elsie. Golf shorts and a long polo shirt, with my CB microclip, no one will know.

    OK ... need advice

Take the deal. That a lot of guns for the money. The Judge will always be there. You could also sell the ones you don't want to keep.

Good & bad of selling guns..

I sold my Glock 19 about two years ago because I thought I would never use or carry it after I got my LC9. Fast forward and now I need a larger gun to shoot IDPA. Man that Glock 19 would be perfect. Now I have to spend $500 more.

NRA and 51 US Senators have stopped the UN Small Arms Treaty

This is why it's important to be an NRA member. We may not like everything they do, but they win the big ones! And govt judges the resistance to stupid gun laws based on NRA membership #s.

Doug, those are beautiful. Don't feel guilty, think of your range time as a company retreat.

    My favorite gun store ...

Ray, sounds like a great shop. I wish there were more of those around. There is a small store near me owned by two brothers, they always have coffee and cookies. I've bought 4 guns from them and they always tell me I'm allowed in even if I don't buy a gun. I guess I always feel a little guilty...

    FrogLube?

I went shooting with a groups guys on Thursday. All total we put about 200 rounds through my LC9 and 100 through my 1911. While the guns are cold the frog lube is not really noticeable. After they start to warm up, you can see the lube turn more to liquid. I'm really impressed. One side effect...

LC9 - How many mags come with a new gun?

I bought an extra mag at the same time I bought my LC9. I should have bought five or six. Makes range time easier.

LC9 - How many mags come with a new gun?

I bought mine through my LGS. It came with one mag. I'm sure there are some distributor exclusives out there with two mags. I've seen that at Cabela's with the LCP.

    FrogLube?

At the gun show Saturday I saw a water tank with a pistol in the bottom. It was on a display table so I went over to take a look. It was coat with Frog Lube, a non toxic, edible paste. They said to heat it up to a liquid and apply to the entire gun, slide, grips, inside magazines, anywhere you...

    Reloading and the very beginner

That's ok Skip, it will give me a reason to wander around Cabela's for hours on end. I like a good research project. Especially when it has to do with shooting sports.

    Reloading and the very beginner

I know this question has a million variables, but what is the approximate start up cost for a beginner? I am interested in reloading .380, 9mm and .45. Possibly rifle cartridges in the future.
