I"m limited to handguns at the moment. I really don't see myself buying any long guns as I don't hunt. I use a Glock 23 for my EDC. It sits close to me at night along with the wife's xD 9mm. Both fully loaded with SDA.

I've been having issues with my lower back and hip that I carry on and have been considering a shoulder holster until the docs can figure out what the hell they want to do to fix my pain. They wanted to do shots in my back to hide the pain and I told them I wanted the problem fixed, not covered up.

I really like the Glock I have. I must say that xD is right there with it though as far as shooting, comfort and accuracy. It's a little heavier than the Glock but that's about it. I need to find a holster for it also so I can carry that one.
