    Too much ammo?

I agree. I'm not wanting my place to turn into the next Fallujah. screw that. I quit buying guns for a while and concentrated on ammo. I have a pretty good amount. I've just told my friends to not show up at my place empty handed.... they might taste good.

    Too much ammo?

obviously you can only carry as much as your wife's back will allow. if you are walking. LOL Seriously, if you are walking, I'm thinking a couple hundred for each weapon, but then you can carry only so many weapons. if you're bugging out in your vehicle, then I guess as much room as you have in...

When SHTF, Do You BUG OUT? or BUG IN?

I agree. I'm not leaving my house unless absolutely necessary. you have cover, dry place. you're somewhat safe. at least a lot more than sleeping outside. you can move all food, water, ammo and guns into one room. basically leaving the rest of the house with just useless furniture that you might...

    5mil drop cloth

that's what I was thinking, or a quick cover for rain in the woods. Whenever I go to concerts and the trash guys are riding around on golf carts emptying the 55 gallon drums of beer bottles, I grab a couple from them. they use the real thick liners. I tell them I like to bag my own garbage and...

Your mindset on home defense weapons?

I keep an Arsenal AK next to the bed. an intruder would have to deal with the dogs first. not that I have killer attack dogs, but if someone comes up the driveway or up to the back porch, they bark like a son of a gun. I've def woken up twice in 7 years and grabbed my gun. you can tell what kind...

    B.O.B.'s! What's In Yours?

does the lifestraw take some time to get easier? I used it like 3 times and it was hard to suck the water up, so I gave it away. does it have to get worked in a bit or something?

Your mindset on home defense weapons?

I keep a Mossberg 500 staggered with 00 buck and slugs for the house. I need to mount a light on it. I'm hoping that both dogs will hold him down while I shoot him.

    Weekly Food Prep

I've taken boneless chicken breasts and grilled up ten of them and throw in a ziplock. then for dinner either chop up for a salad or pull one out to heat up with veggies. same with turkey burgers. mix some soy sc, garlic, and teriyaki glaze, grill a bunch, put in Tupperware and use during the...

    B.O.B.'s! What's In Yours?

I agree. for the price $19.99, you can buy three and keep them in multiple bags, or if you are one to cache stuff. comes with filter, pump, and water bag. the life straw to me is a pain. you have to suck on that thing like it owes you money.

    B.O.B.'s! What's In Yours?

I took fish anitibiotics one time in college. I was sick and broke. you have to take a ton of them, but they work. I wonder if using a food saver sealer would stretch out the date on the antibiotics?
