Not sure. Mounting a rail and then an extension just seems hokey but I've thought about that too.

I agree. I want to mount an optic, the side mount is the best and sturdiest. But then the folder won't close over it. So if I go with the B-22, that's a solid mount also. And the folder will close. But the picatinny rail at the top of the B-22 is short, like 4 slots...so my Trijicon won't...

This is what made me think about going with that Zenitco B-22 on my new rifle. I was going to go with a side mount but then the folder won't close.

It's just like the one I sold you that was on the gooseneck mount, except this one is a picatinny mount and it has the triangle reticle. I don't want to sell it but I don't think I can use it on my AK. The rail I think I'm going to use only has 4 slots...it's very short so I have to figure out...
