Nice. Tom Woods was always my go-to. Not sure if Rusty's makes their own CV shafts or if they contract it out to someone else.

It'll also prevent your slip yoke(otherwise known as rear output shaft) from slipping out of the transfer case during heavy articulation. You could have gone with a transfer case drop bracket(the cheap way) as well, but a SYE is a much better option. Do you already have a CV driveshaft on there?

Nothing for a Yugo or Mak. I have a few pistol grips but I don't think they'll work with a MAK, but they should work with a Yugo.
