I had to sit in a Chiropractor's office for an hour the last time I went to get my DOT physical because I slammed 3 12oz Red Bull's and chain smoked before I went in there. I thought the nurse was gonna call an ambulance for me.

Yeah man, only some trim out stuff to do before we can get a CO from the county. Still a good bit to do as far as finishing stuff completely but we can live there while it's getting done. Hopefully get the CO on Friday.

It's not really about the trees, it's more about everything around the trees. I would never have Crape Myrtles for that reason. I used to hate treating properties with Crape Myrtles.

@Fast306stang be mindful on the new growth on those Crape Myrtle's to watch for aphids. They usually hang out on the underside the leaves and they will leave an excretion that will turn black(sooty mold). It will make the tree look like shit and when it rains it will stain whatever is underneath...
