I usually let the vintner choose. He honestly hasn't made anything I really dont like, and he knows where my tastes run. It changes from year to year, but a few cabinets, spats, ausleses, and a couple eisweins if he made any. I ALWAYS get a few bottles of his kirschsnapps- Shemp
