    Public toilets?

Really aggravated with this dog and pony show our govt is pulling. They already know he's not going to be ousted. I know first hand and I'm sure others here do too, budget constraints and money shortages, they have trouble passing the budget, still need secure borders, the military is...

    Public toilets?

I worked on them for 9 years as an electrician and I LOVED IT. It's a VERY Patriotic feeling to see them sitting in the hangar as you walk in, i mean they are stripped down, gutted, wings off, horizontal stab and vertical off, everything. Feels good to produce a good plane and send it back...

    Public toilets?

Good info here. All stuff that I was wondering about but I'm unfamiliar with and it was never explained to me. Which is why I haven't been really pissed about it, just wondering and playing different scenarios through my mind. Would have been nice if they had mentioned the refinish was going...

    Public toilets?

Is the backpacker anything special? Or is it just a takedown? There are 2 takedown models, one threaded and one not. The threaded one brings a small premium.

Now that I remember that statement, I'm wondering exactly what the hell they did.

    Public toilets?

Oh he made mention of a hole that needed welded up. He said it in passing and then I forgot to ask about it once the price was mentioned. Why would a hole need welded? There were no holes in it when I sent it. That would explain the need for a refinish. I just remembered he said that. Hmmm.

    Public toilets?

All in all, I'm into the thing for $800 flat and it has a legit ComBloc barrel in it. That's worth the $150 premium to me I reckon. Really wish it was a Yugo UF though lol.

Yuck! I'd NEVER buy a screw build. I just reread and realized @Jeddak said "AR" LMFAO!!!

    Public toilets?

AK63DS with a Commie barrel, but the builder bucked the rivets against the barrel a la Century style. I sent the rifle in for front trunnion rivet replacement and a good look over.

    Public toilets?

They were always nice on the phone, I just felt like they were always trying to get over on me. If you remember, they quoted me $65-$85, I sent them the rifle and then they called me and said $700! So I told them to send me an invoice for their time and ship the rifle back to me, then they said...

    Public toilets?

Yep. 2R has a great rep so I thought THAT is who I'm gonna use. I'll know next time. They told me they had to replace the barrel pin also. I guess that's normal.

    Public toilets?

Well 2R snuck in a $110 charge for refinishing and $40 for shipping. I think I insured it and shipped it for about $25 through USPS and they're using UPS. Just replacing front and rear trunnion rivets I wasn't expecting a refinish job to be necessary or am I wrong to assume that? Could have...

    Public toilets?

I was screwed either way, it was costing me $60/month to insure it and I was broke and he wasn't paying me.

    Public toilets?

I ran into the same issue when I loaned a car to my brother long-term. He couldn't insure it unless he had the title. I signed the title over like a dummy and he sold the car.

    Public toilets?

2R emailed me and said my rifle is ready. I'll call them when I get home and make the payment, they better not try to screw me on the price/work agreement.
