At first I was thinking trigger pin walking which is usually from the hammer spring legs not being seated in the grooves. But you said hammer pin walking which I've been reading up on. Some of it I don't quite follow. @CQB27 @EugenFJR @Jds556762 can probably point us in the right direction...
