If you do the threading yourself and go to install the detent and spring and wind up launching the detent across your garage floor and can't find it...it will be under your rear tire whenever you pull your car outside. Just FYI. Lmao!- Fast306stang

You can most likely thread it yourself...some SARs have different OD barrels IIRC. If it's the larger OD, you can thread it yourself assuming you're not going to suppress it.- Fast306stang
