Hey man, anything above 135 is outside of pussy stage :D

    Nightstand guns

Honestly, I'd be more worried about capacity; it just seems that I read more and more about multiple perps involved in home invasions (4 or 5 at a time, bum rushing, etc). I'm not sure I'm comfortable enough with my shot-placement skills under that level of stress or confusion to rely on...

I've gotta get the free-weights set up again, I bet I'd be lucky to bench 225 :(

    Nightstand guns

I've been lazy lately; I just pull off the Sig nightmare carry and put it on the night stand with my torch nearby. I normally have one of the ARs with a laser/light attached sitting near the bed, but I put it in the safe before my last trip and haven't put it back on stand-by yet. I'm...

I could honestly go either way on the grip, have used both and neither really makes too much of a noticeable difference to me (but I'm no competition shooter or anything). Ghost rings are nice, and the SPX comes with multiple front sights; I do kinda lean toward the Fiber Optic front sight...

    WTB / Open for suggestions: Semi-auto 12ga

I've been kinda leaning that way too, since I have shot one (a Black Water version) but still deciding which version I want. The pistol grip isn't a big deal for me, but the SPXs do come with a myriad of sight options, so I'm still on the fence

    Post today's workout

Worked from home today, so I got up, walked down the stairs, sat in my chair, used both hands rigorously for several hours at a time with little rest, took a break to walk to the refrigerator and heat up some lunch, then was back at the rigorous hand exercises. I also did several Up-downs from...

Thanks! I guess I should have also mentioned that I'm not opposed to CZ or FN, I just don't know much about them compared to what I continuously see about the 930's & Benellis ETA: But getting into FN SLP territory is similar to Benelli, only problem is that they don't come used nearly as often

    WTB / Open for suggestions: Semi-auto 12ga

I've been looking for a while now and have it narrowed to the following: Mossberg 930 SPX or JM Pro Benelli M1, M2, M4 (M4 would certainly have to be used) Beretta 1301 I don't plan to hang a bunch of crap off it (which I hear some Benellis don't take well to), nor do I plan to enter any...

    Wheel Gun Porn

I wouldn't suggest it, you may get a cramp in your finger due to the 50lbs of resistance and 8" long trigger pull

Meh, they're all garbage - real modern-day pistols use the “Safe Action”® trigger system

    Cheap or Expensive Sunglasses?

I've never snapped the bridge on a set of Oakleys, but did break a temple piece off at the hinge. Under Armour claimed to use some sort of titanium infused frame on the current pair I have. Not sure if it's just colorful marketing or real innovation, but my current pair is still going. :noidea:

    Cheap or Expensive Sunglasses?

I'm surprised to hear of so many Oakley supporters - You guys didn't have any issue with the lenses getting scratched easily? Weird, maybe I was buying the wrong model - every pair of Oakleys I had seemed to scratch pretty quickly and compared to other brands, were at the top of the list for...

    Gear you swear by.

Another vote for 5.11 pants, TacLite pros are the best work pants I've ever had. For boots, Timberland pro safety toe have been the most comfortable and longest lasting, just don't like the price :(
