    Budget precision rifle ideas

Yeah, with a $1200 all in price for optics and all, I'd look into the MVP. @cmshoot was telling me about one he bought and was really impressed with it. Grab it in 308. If you can splurge a little more, I'd look in to the Ruger Precision in 6.5. if you want something easier on the shoulder...

Maybe a Meprolight M21? That would work. No batteries required.

I agree, but I would like something bigger than the RMR, but with a longer battery life than an EOtech.

Honestly, with it being an MP5K size, I would go with an AimPoint T2 micro. It's not really made for the long shot. And I believe a quality micro red dot like that would complement it nicely.

What optic for a Bushmaster BA50?

@cmshoot gets my vote. If anyone knows their glass, it's him. I took my $450 Vortex Viper to 600 no problem. But that was on an AR. 50 might be a whole nother ball game bro.

They're still looking and haven't found anything. They nicknamed it "smallfoot" because there's less evidence to prove its existence than Bigfoot. :D

Yeah, I might order a micro just to try it out. Worst case scenario, I end up with a pouch for spare batteries, pens and extra bits for the Gerber. We'll see.

The problem with tactical pants is that they have to be flame retardant or 100% cotton for my work.

    Pocket organizers

Does anyone carry one or use one? I'm debating on picking one up to kinda keep everything consolidated. Between my lighter, pen, pencil, Sharpie, knife and other assorted things. It's always a trick finding the one thing you need in your pockets. Too, I almost lost my flashlight yesterday. I...

I want to do the SL8 to G36 conversion. Let's just do this. We could be the cool kids looking down our noses at all these peasants.

That would be one of my toughest choices. The fixed stock looks like it would be stupid comfortable to use. Verge of taking a nap while shooting. But it's an MP5! They're known for their collapsible stocks. How can you buy one and NOT get a collapsible!?! I'd buy both.
