No joke, seriously doesn't work for me. She offered vicodin but I declined; told her I would stick with the naproxen and acetaminophen - honestly couldn't tell a difference. Granted, I was still in a butt load of pain but I had heard bad things about stepping up to Vicodin, so I just stuck it out.
