Worst case scenario, I make the house payment this month and pay the in-laws some rent money. I really don't WANT to pay that money out, but we'll see how this pans out. Apparently the holdup lies with the lender the buyer is using. Of course they're blaming it on...
So apparently a few ppl dropped the ball, long story short, we aren't closing on the sale today, possibly 1-2 week delay. Therefore, we aren't closing on the new house until we close on the old one.
So I can't burn it down yet @mark23
Well I guess the storage building is a no-go. Covenants say the building has to match the house. Full brick house, full brick storage building. Probably drop $15-$20K easy.
Plan B. Gotta find some space for a back patio with a lean-to type roof and a little storage closet. That will hold...
I got $3200 for mine BNIB but I had a set of mint stick mags in a pouch to go with it and a an extra pair of curved mags. But I also specified M.O. only on my GB auction...electronic payment would have netted more money I believe. This was back in March.
I've been holding off buying a Remington LE Trade-In for about 3 months now. I've literally left my house twice and went to the LGS specifically to buy one and wound up tire-kicking for an hour each time. And i don't have a good reason for not buying one. So this worked out perfect.
