    Public toilets?

Kenosha is only like 60 miles straight up I-94 from Chicago so if there is any organization at all BLM, Antifa, whoever can get there quickly.

    Public toilets?

Yeah, they lay it out clearly in a talk in the 1st video. Don't know if headshot harry wasn't at the meeting or was & didn't care or was just one of those guys who doesn't like anybody making rules or if he was just a bully who saw a young guy with a gun & thought he could be tough & the kid...

    Public toilets?

The armed protesters were supporting the rioters as long as they didn't fuck with private property or people. Confine their actions to government buildings & property & there wouldn't be any conflict.

I can't tell if it is on fire but he definitely throws something at the kid. And the kid is definitely trying to run away. All the guy had to do to avoid being shot was stop chasing the man with a rifle.

I agree with all of this. My point about jurors wanting to know what he was doing there is based in human nature. That's why I said "Nothing illegal" about what he did. But the people in the jury room will be talking about that. As far as what was in the molotov cocktail or whatever was thrown...

    Public toilets?

Well the biggest issue I would have as a juror (I don't even play one on TV, though) is what the hell was he doing there. This was not the 1st night of rioting. It's not like he went armed to a pro-2A rally & a riot broke out. He willingly loaded up a weapon & knowingly drove to an area...

Personally, that's the biggest question I have. Parents? What were they doing?

I'm reading different tales. In the video where he's running away, he definitely gets hit by something. I read an article earlier that said the initial shooting before he was running away was him shooting a guy who threw a molotov cocktail "towards" the business he was "guarding".

@triplestack3 beat me to the distance issue. Damn lawyer ☺️ @Jds556762 brings up another angle. Could the kid tell if the molotov cocktail was being thrown at property or at him.

That's legally probably a big deal but in reality it's an arbitrary line on paper. Antioch, IL, his home town, is like 20 miles from Kenosha, WI. Closer than I am to Atlanta, but I'm still in the same "state".

Not taking sides since I don't know what the fucking sides are but, was glock boi planning to take him prisoner? If I'm engaging a dude with a firearm, I don't plan to run right up to hands on distance & give him time to respond, even as poor a shot as I am. Imma either shoot him from further...

    Public toilets?

Exactly this. Once the mob mentality takes hold, nobody gets it under control without a lot of fighting. History makes that very obvious. I don't know if politicians thought it would just fade out or if they cynically thought it would pay off for them at election time, but they fucked up...

only for enumerating the citizens in a given area. Constitution don't say nothing about income, # of bathrooms in the house, age, religion, etc

the only info they need for congressional redistricting is number of citizens in the area. they don't need any of the rest of that shit for any good purpose.

    Public toilets?

I actually always send the form in with the number of people in the house for this reason. I just never answer the other questions. I don't know about every year, but in 2000 there was a huge push to contact people who didn't answer all the questions & browbeat us into it.
