Power came back on at 2:10pm. Got a notification from alarm company that service was restored. Me and wife on our way to Flordia to see grandchildren. At least my youngest son now has power at the house.

See them all the time here in Dallas.

Also glad I picked up these jump boxes at a couple of yard sales as they will keep your electronics charged and not lose power like the personal small batteries that some people have that will only charge devices once.

Almost 29 hours and still no power. Guess after this is over and they start listing the like new generators on marketplace I will pick one up.

Yuck just lake a bunch of you. No power but did save my frozen stuff as I took my small freezer over to MIL’s house and plugged it in earlier. Luckily most of my stuff is freeze dried in storage buckets or Canned food and dry goods in sealed 5 gal buckets.

Just took a cold shower and actually not to bad. not as bad as I remember from camping.

No power here as well. wife just checked the power-outage map for our area and still over 49k out. no power here for 12 hours and counting

I sold my phantom last year and now only have the mavic pro. I do not do long distances anymore so it works great for me.

DJI mavic pro. and a parrot as well it’s an older unit and only 12 minutes flight time but great pictures and video. now the Mavic is incredible. crystal clear video and pictures and easy to fly even for beginners. I have videos of several areas a long way from launch point.

Just did a walk around the house. no major damage just a cracked window in my son’s room, my wife said something hit the house and we’ll she was right. flew my drone over the roof and no damage to it at all and one small tree down and just cut it up so we faired well here.

Powers still out and I am about to go out and look and see if I have any damage. wife is at work and I am home. Prayers for you @Jake as I went through that in 2012 and me and the wife did not care about the stuff in the house or-even the house. We were happy just to be alive and survive the...
