Just got a call from the doctor. He did a total hip replacement. Said Suz did really well & everything went fine. No troubles. It will be at least a couple of hours before she's back in her room & coherent enough to talk. I'll update again after I talk with her.

Just got word that they're taking Suz down for surgery at 9 in the morning. i'll go over to see her beforehand & then come home & wait until I hear from someone I guess.

But still acting like they have the most important, most dangerous job in the service.

Suz is at Piedmont Athens. There were no beds available in the ER at St Mary's. X-rays show a broken hip so there will have to be surgery.
