    Yes. Without saying a word about it. I think she honestly wanted to do it herself. Even though i have this beautiful 1" live edge cedar slab to make shelves with.

    I was not consulted before she decided to go buy a cheap shelf and brackets. For that matter, i wasn't supposed to have to install it either. "I am woman, hear me roar" kinda fizzled once she realized she'd have to find the wall studs.

    FYI- several gas stations around here have a kerosene pump. Probably cheaper than buying jugs.

    I've had the same problem. I can almost pay for a whole new 4 ft LED fixture for the price of two new bulbs... if i can find the old style bulbs.

    Dude... replace with LED fixtures. They're brighter, user less power, and they don't need warm weather to work right.
