    You really just need it to stay still so you can line up irons then dial the scope to the same target. No need to shoot it from a rest.

    Secure the rifle to a table/rest. Get lined up with your irons on paper. Don't move the gun. Dial the scope until it's on target (double check irons again). Oh, and start at like 25 yards.

    Extremely. 9 volt battery or most any spark will set it off.

    That was my mistake... I used triple 0 for a finish sand.

    Yeah, i used to use SOS pads, but then i found the blue "no scratch" scotch brite pads. I've had plenty of steel wool, but it usually ends up stuck in my skin and in the wood. After a while in Georgia's humidity, it rusts and stains the wood. Even with an oil finish.

    In my experience, and i may have screwed up, it fucked up wood too. I only use it to start fires and scrub really burnt dishes.

    testing out my bluetooth keyboard... tiny keys are hard. If you're around the again, keep mentioning how great knotty pine and formica are... I bet they go silent for at least a moment or two.

    Got a new 'fridge... also have a car full of wood to go unload. Then go to the dump, CVS, maybe Lowes, and ship some boxes. Dang what a Saturday. And it started with a trip up here before sunrise...
