Yes, it has a single strap that rides up high.

I hate drop legs. The holster above sits just a few inches lower than "standard", on your lower hip. Just low enough to clear body armor.

The rig is modular. The only thing that stays the same from course to course is the belt (inner and outer), the Safariland holster platform and the Rolly Polly. Everything else easily removes and attaches. The holsters snap into a plate on the rig.......they're the easiest part of the entire...

I know another guy who followed the same directions I outlined above to get his Dad's M2 Carbine registered. It worked and he was able to keep it. This was around 1999 or so. The situation I mentioned with the Schnellfeuer was around 2010.

If you want to keep it nice and legal and retain ownership in the long run, what you're supposed to do is turn it in to the ATF and request an exemption for it not having been registered when it should have. The ATF retains the weapon while they make their decision. You will have to explain...
