Job 1 is close enough to come home and grab a nooner and lunch. The nooner won't save you any money but lunch at home possibly could. I would say gas for the commute also but I think your VW gets good mpg. A vehicle like mine, it would add up.

How important are benefits to you? Like does your GF's job have benefits for you? Health-wise. Also, it's a busy hospital...what are the odds you wouldn't get your hours? In your profession, it's easy to find another job? I vote #1. Go where the money is. And a shorter commute. I HATE...
