Sorry I cannot answer that question as I am still trying g to find an answer myself. I have tried ridge rest foam pads and thermarest micros. They work well until you start moving in your sleeping bag. I am almost tempted to just shove it in the bag with me.. Lol And something not full...

On thing I forgot to mention... Unless you have one of those bigagnes sleeping bags with integral foam rest holder, your sleeping pad will shift out from under you

Wool blanket, or some form of thermarest works.. Or she'll out the dough for the underquilt.

I don't have an integral ridgeline installed in any of my hammocks. There are tutorials on YouTube to have that done. Makes bugnetting and tarping easier with that. If not in a rush the tarp is easy to install, put it a few feet higher than your hammock, using the included ridgeline. Stake it...

By researching the grips... Go and find a place that has a bunch to hold. That is the best way to find what you like.
