    Teach me about reloading..

So I've got a box of both 124gr and 147 Hornaday XTP bullets but am having a hell of a time locating load data for these, I went on Alliant ' s website and the only loads they show are for Spear bullets, I went on Hornaday ' s site with no luck either, my Lyman manual shows loads for 147gr...

    Tumbling live ammo

Any thoughts on tumbling Live ammunition with Corn Cob in a vibratory tumbler to remove the case lube? Lots of thoughts out there on the net, curious as to what those that have been reloading for a while have to say, all this said I'm doing some in a vibratory tumbler as this is being typed...

My Glock 43 Review Real Fast

I've noticed it is a little bit of a different animal from my 19, it's taken some getting use to regarding draw and whatnot but a decent carry gun for when I'm on the bike, it's fairly accurate for a small pistol imo; it'll never replace my 19 as my primary "go to" but it serves a purpose for...

    Self Defense Ammo For .40sw

For my 9mm carry guns I use 135gr Hornaday Critical Duty, I like the expansion and the improvement in 9mm ammunition is what took me away from .40 and .45acp after all these years and back to 9mm but caliber is a personal preference for sure

    Self Defense Ammo For .40sw

Full magazine of defensive ammunition, I haven't carried my G22 in some time but I always used 180gr Hydra-Shok or Hornaday 180gr JHP, out of curiosity why the fmj follow ups in your magazine? Not criticizing you or anything just curious

    Ccw Classes....certification Or Training?

I guess I'm behind the times a bit here. ......the CCW course is only 8 hrs in Ohio now? When I took mine years ago in North Carolina it was a 16 hour course; they did cover much more than the basic course such as David explained, my thoughts are never set in stone; are the requirements that...

    Ccw Classes....certification Or Training?

I think personal opinion that some defensive training would be great! , not only teaching the laws and shooting from 7 to 10ft away but also drawing from a holster and getting the blood pressure/adrenalin up a bit to give the user an example of how the body performs under duress, I'm not sure...

    Teach me about reloading..

I will add this to my notes, thanks Shawn! Just for kicks I went and ran a caliper on a good sampling of my brass and I'm just setting south of 1.750, mostly around 1.74ish granted none of these have been sized yet though, I'm not sure whether to expect any variation after the sizing process...

Copy that, I figure to get all this brass prepped and processed first then I'll set up and get them loaded, I Fig to make a couple of different batches to check the grouping then start producing, ya this is all once fired LC brass from my rifles only so I at least know their origin, I've...

Good deal! I can see where your coming from here, so let's get on the topic of crimped brass for a min if you don't mind, after the brass is deprimed and cleaned, I would then use my crimp tool to open up the primer pockets, then resize, now are we just taking a neck resize or the whole...
