Hey Redmond..those ammo prices arn't bad at all!. I went today also. Met my son Steven there, and it was a great hour and a half of fun. We put 50 through the SR1911, and I have totally fallen in love with this pistol. It gives me 3" groups at 15 yards. Also shot the 243 ...and it gives me 2"...

Sent off last monday..with a prepaid ups label. Got it back today. This is what they did: Not bad for a gun that I have put more than 2000 rounds through. This never was designed as a range gun. I'm going to retire it to occasional shoots to stay sharp, and enjoy it as an often- used carry gun...
