Nice looking garden @Jeddak ! My mom always had a garden growing up. She grew up with the "Victory Garden" during WWII with rationing and all. If you wanted fresh vegetables (or canned in the winter) you grew your own. She did a decent job despite the red GA clay. It never stuck with me...

My son told me yesterday for practice they threw the shot inside the school. Apparently they have a rubber shot that won't dent the floor. He's out of luck with the discus though...other son gets to run in the rain.

One son does football then track and the other cross country then track. The first is a thrower and the second a sprinter. Track meets are a royal PIA but I attend the ones I can. Tuesday night my son didn't get home until 10:30 and the meet started at 1. And the coach generally won't let...
